Timed out of /wp-admin with an error after updating to WordPress 4.7.5- can’t access my admin dashboard

Hi,

I updated to wp 4.7.5 and shortly thereafter I couldn’t access /wp-admin. I kept getting a 504 time out screen. I checked with my host and they found the following warning  –

[18-May-2017 03:23:36 UTC] PHP Warning: in_array() expects parameter 2 to be array, boolean given in /home/XXXXX/public_html/wp-content/themes/kleo/lib/options.php on line 2517

line 2517 is :

if ( in_array( ‘woocommerce/woocommerce.php’, apply_filters( ‘active_plugins’, get_option( ‘active_plugins’ ) ) ) ) {

 

Please let me know how to resolve this issue; it is rather urgent because my host does auto-updates of wordpress and they require that I use the most recent version.

Hi,

Please update the theme to the latest version and check again, in past version was an issue with slow loading of wp backend and missing theme options in some cases.

Let me know if it’s ok after theme update
