TinyMCE Insert/edit link modal does not display correctly in Kleo w/bbpress

Hello!

I’ve encountered an issue with the TinyMCE Insert/edit link modal not displaying correctly when I have the Kleo theme active. The attached screenshots show what comes up after clicking ‘Insert/edit link’ in the visual editor and then the ‘Link options’ gear icon. The file ending in 54.37 is with Kleo active; the other (file ending in 55.25) is with Twenty Fifteen theme active . You can see the formatting is quite different and, importantly, the ‘Open link in new tab’ option is not visible in the Kleo modal. I noticed, too, that I encounter the same issue on this site when using the visual editor, so my suspicion is it has something to do with the theme.

Suggestions on how to fix this?
