Tooltips aren't working

Hi – I’m not sure if I did something or not but there don’t seem to be working tooltips anymore over my social media logos in the header or over the buttons on user profile pages (usually when you hover over ‘add friend’ a tooltip appears.

Any thoughts?? Thanks much, Leah
