I see you have a lot of plugins installed

Try to disable all plugins that not comes with the theme.

Then clear cache,

now I’m reinstall a new one and just only plugin Kleo recommend but even i change logo of Kleo i have a problem of top bar menu.

Since you dont have a Top Menu defined, turn off Top Bar in Theme Options > Display Top Bar
