Top Bar, Main Header, and Title Section Colors

I am trying to make my page match the styling on the following demo page:

http://seventhqueen.com/themes/kleo/membership-account/membership-levels/

Actually, I would prefer the top bar be black with the top bar menu in white, but I will settle for the look in the demo above.

Theme Options > Headers Options > Top Bar Darker.

There are several topics on this site that discuss changing the top bar color with custom css.
