“Top Members” Carousel How to make it private?

So all I want to do is pretty much described in my picture.

 

(Unregistered members shouldn’t be able to click on the members profile instead they should get the “register now window”)

Hello, there is not a feature like that at buddypress, but you can restrict member profiles using paid memberships pro with the theme restrictions or using https://wordpress.org/plugins/buddypress-members-only/
