How can make the top menu stop from disappearing when you scroll the page. I would like it to show all the time.

Yes. That would be great.
Also, do you plan on making the uploading of the profile and cover photos easier for users? I find that members don’t upload either because it is a process to do it. Drag and drop uploading right on the profile page would be amazing.
