Top Menu always minimized

top menu is always minimized and made a dropdown. Can I set it to show the full menu unless on a mobile?

how did you create the menu structure from (Appearance > Menu) ? send me a screenshot with this, please.

I just created a menu and assigned it to the TOP menu bar. Screenshot attached.

your issue comes from a custom CSS code you added in theme options…
