Top Menu and Primary Menu

I’m sorry i have a lot of inquiries, there is one more thing i need to setup before i run my site completely,

1. how do i make a different menu when user log in?

I am looking to make menu as the picture with the title ‘targeted menu’

but my site menu look like the picture in cariniaga

already find the answer by trial an error, i change the menu settings in page settings.
