Top menu dropdown gone

Hi, ever since the new update I can no longer click on any items in the drop down menu for the top menu. I have tried it on another PC and tried it with chrome and internet explorer but still not working. My website is http://www.startupmum.com.au

I cleared the cache and still not working. I dont think you will see the menu at the very top because you have to be a logged in member for it to appear.
