top socket does not display menu in opera and on some tablets

Hey Kleo team,

the top socket does not display menu in opera and on some tablets. Please check my screenshot (upper right top corner). There is enough space to display menu icons horizontally, it works in chrome and firefox, but opera collapses the menu. How can I display the full menu? (i even have just 1 menu item there)
