Hi I changed the color of topbar via this custom code:

.social-header.header-color {
background: none repeat scroll 0 0 #409bd5;
color: #fff;
}
.social-header.header-color a {
color: #fff !important;
}

but in mobile devices there opening tab for topbar elements but its background doesn’t change with this custom code.
How can I make this background change on opening tab.
