Hoping you can help us with a slightly odd request.

Luke our WordPress developer has now left the organisation a while ago and we are trying to pick things up from where he left off.

We purchased your theme a while ago and were wondering do we have access to support issues? I’m really just wanting to touch based with you guys. Can you please contact me on tb45@soas.ac.uk as Luke has left the organisation and I don’t have access to his email.

Is it possible to get support? As there are a few issues with the theme/ plugins that we are having.

I noticed that when you buy a theme it comes with 6 month author support, how does it support differ from this forum?
