Transfer member from existing site

I just bought the template and wonder if all files are in the folders and plugins that should be used for installation?

I wonder how to tranfer members and info from existing datingsite that is not worpress (datingscripts.com)

Is there any instruction file for installation of theme and plugins

Hello, you will find the full documentation, demo and plugins inside the zip from themeforest.
About the members, there is not a way to import it because buddypress user database is different from the one you have, you could hire a developer to import them manually for you if there are not so many users.

Its a pitty that we can not transfer members to the new site, the service you are offering to transfer information from old site to new, what is that about?

I have installed the theme sucessfully but the slider dont show at http://ny.donor.se/

I have followed the intructions for the slider but cant have it shown

The site will be in Swedish, is there any ready made files to upload or do I need to translate everything manually

Hello, could you share admin credentials so i can set it up for you?
You will need to translate it using Loco translate plugin 🙂

I was able to set up template and transfer the members but without profile pictures

Do you have any idea how others have transfered profile images and text from old to new site

Can you also check if our site looks rigt in resonsive/mobile as it looks messy to me

Hello, the website is full responsive 🙂
About the avatars if its a wordpress to wordpress transfer, they usually export the database and the uploads folder to the new site, thats all that needs to be done

A few more questions i need help with

– Is it possible to set so the profile information as basic, about etc etc shows expanded without having to click the plus sign

– I have added my facebook and twitter accounts but the icons dont show on top right or footer

– Is it possible to set other numbers which are online or registered that show on start page

Hello, for 1: this is not possible right now.
2: Did you add them to social info section? About footer you will need to add a widget 🙂
