Hi,
if someone write an comment at my post the timestamp shows 1 Minute ago. If I transalte “ago” to “vor” it shows “1 Minuten” vor. How can I change the order that the timestamp shows “vor 1 Minute”?
Regards
October 25, 2017 at 07:51 #177784LauraModeratorHello, using Loco Translate at the theme and buddypres you may find some strings like %1s or something like that, that is “minute” “hour” and so on, so just place vor before the %s codes 🙂

thanks for you reply.
There isnt a string with the complete timestamps.
There is a string ago and the string %s Minuten but because they arent in the same string, I cant change the order.
RegardsOctober 30, 2017 at 21:26 #178420LauraModeratorHello, at the ago, leave an empty space at the translation, ant at the time, add “vor” before the %s

November 3, 2017 at 17:42 #178838CairyParticipantHi Laura, thanks again.
tried this but it doenst work. I added “vor” in the buddypress loco lemplate, the only timestamp I could find, but that doesnt change it. All other timestamps are correct, just the order in the comment section are wrong.
RegardsNovember 5, 2017 at 13:10 #178957LauraModeratorHello, please share access so i can check it 🙂

November 12, 2017 at 23:44 #179691CairyParticipantHi Laura,
thanks but that isnt a good solution for me. There must be a way to change the order. In all other themes it is “vor xx Minuten” so it must be possible.
RegardsNovember 13, 2017 at 13:46 #179731LauraModeratorHello, will assign the ticket to a higher support level who can help and advise you in your query.

November 14, 2017 at 17:59 #179832CairyParticipantHi Radu,
thank you. I found the string before and the translation wasnt the problem.
The order of the strings arent right. In german its “vor 12 Minuten” not as in english “12 Minutes ago”. The “vor” is before the minutes/hour/etc.
RegardsNovember 16, 2017 at 16:54 #180034RaduModeratorHi,
Just paste this code in wp-content/themes/kleo-child/functions.php
NOTE : Child theme needs to be installed and activated.

If the translations no longer works for ago. press sync in loco
Let me know
Cheers

I noticed one litte isssue. There is no space between vor and the time. Currently it looks like “vor2 Minuten”
Regards!November 17, 2017 at 18:38 #180158RaduModeratorJust translate with an extra space so instead “vor” will be “vor ”
Cheers
