Right now you can’t edit it from admin. You need to make changes on this template file:

Thats because you need to to create those values by yourself. It’s not made in the theme but in the profile fields. You can edit these here:

http://conecta2argentina.com/wp-admin/users.php?page=bp-profile-setup

If the link doesn’t work, you go to users- > profile fields.
