Translation problem

Hi, I’m trying to translate my Sweetdate website into Polish language and it’s ok except few words as you can see on the picture. I spend a lot of time for trying to find where to translate these words but I couldn’t find it. How can I translate it? I translated it in Codestyling-localization plugin and I scanned every file but still I can not figure out how to translate it. Please help.
