translation question. how can i know where the strings are?

how can i know where the strings are?

since it is hard to find the string i wish to translate as i see in on the front  and than to find whrere do i go to trnaslte it…

ex.:

how can I know where are those strings?

Hi,

You’ll find those strings within the BuddyPress plugin so you’ll need to use LocoTranslate (or other plugins) to translate that plugin.
