Translation via Poedit

Hi there. I am translating the themes files with Poedit. I have used WPML previously, but that is just too all over the place. ONce In am done with the translation in Poedit (I expoerted a .po file from WMPL, which seems to have worked. I have compeleted around 80 per cent of the theme translation with WMPL), I am wondering where do I place the final .po and .mo files. Translated language is Turkish.

But they do not show up on the website. Please advice.
