Translation won’t be recognized

Hi, I am using the plugin loco translate (which is working similar to codestyling localization) and the amended mo file de_DE.mo is saved in kleo/language.
However languages won’t change. How can I solve this? I have tried to store the mo file in wp-content/languages/themes/ as kleo-de_DE.mo (just in case it has something to do with the new language file structure). But unfortunately to no avail. Everthing is still in English.

Nver mind, I could solve the problem with the languages. There are two language options “formal German” and “standard informal German”. “formal German” won’t be recognized … but I can use informal German …
