transparent header

After setting the transparent header for my site, on my homepage when you scroll it triggers a color change which swaps the color white in the header, and on my other pages it turns black. Can someone please help me identify which setting controls this color change.

Edit your home page. Scroll down to Theme General Settings > Display > Transparent menu color.
