transparent main menu is OFF but menu is still transparent

My main menu background transparency is turned off but main menu is still transparent. It used to be white during scroll down as in the demo.
Any clue? Thanks

Hi, That could happen only on the homepage imported where we set the transparency only for that page under page edit – Theme General settings – Display settings

Thanks Abe, Indeed I have set the transparency for the home page and works fine. But it is OFF on other pages. But they are still transparent. See example
I noticed that on dynamic.css the background value is empty.. Might be conflicting with something..

Please disregard. Issue is now fixed. I suspect a caching issue from google pagespeed service. Weird ??
