Transparent Menu Scroll Color

I would like to change the background color transparency when using the transparent menu option only. So far I have tried using a quick css to the .kleo-main-header.header-scrolled , but this effects all menus causing problems on pages that solely use your scroll effect.

How do I change the transparency (.04 to .09) only on pages that use the transparent menu option?
