Tried everything but Robots.txt error preventing google index

Type in: site:sentencingstats.com to Google.

You’ll notice Google is indexing all our pages EXCEPT the homepage. The Homepage shows this “A description for this result is not available because of this site’s robots.txt – learn more.”

Disabled all plugins and even though reading is set to allow indexing, it still isn’t picking up the data. The home page has a description. I’ve tried re-indexing multiple times through Google Webmaster. So now I’m thinking it must be some issue with the theme.

Thoughts?

Hi, That can’t be related to the theme. Try generating a robots.txt with a plugin to be 100% sure. Also in our results it shows:
