    Hi there,

I’m trying to add menu items, and it’s responding with this error:

“Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 65087 bytes) in /home/content/44/11300444/html/wp-content/themes/kleo/lib/theme-functions.php on line 1071”

I’ve tried creating a separate menu to see if it’s an issue with the number of items I’ve added to the top menu, and it continues to return an error. Could you please advise? The website is http://cannabistro.buzz

Thanks, and I love the theme!

Hi Steven, You need to increase your memory. Looks like you’re only running 64mb. Depending on your host, you may or may not be able to increase it. Contact your host about allocating 128mb.

Thanks again for your quick reply, but is it “Additional Recurring Disk Space” or “Temporary Disk Space” that I need more of?

    Thanks!

Neither. You need more MEMORY. http://docs.woothemes.com/document/increasing-the-wordpress-memory-limit/

I ended up using the solution I found on this page: http://codingcyber.com/how-to-increase-php-memory-limit-on-godaddy-hosting-882/#

And created a phpinfo page to check the limit — boosted it to 256M.

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction!

PS – in case others encounter the same issue with too little memory for WordPress, I’m using GoDaddy for hosting.
