Trouble with post grid

I’m experiencing problem with post grid element.
I choose it and add it on the column, but when I want to build a query nothing happens.
Please advice.

Hi, I am really sorry for the late reply.

Clicking that button should come up with some options to choose from. try switching to another browser or look for javascript errors that might come from other plugins in your browser console

Works slightly better when i deactivate k-elements. Actually now I see that there are more options for thumbnails, columns and stuff.. but still can not build a query. Is there any fix for this?

wasting precious time here. If I was a coder I wouldn’t have the need form templates. so please help.

That is an isolated and can’t reproduce it. Try to update the theme to 1.5, the Visual composer plugin included in the last theme release and K-elements. Visual composer is updated manually by removing the plugin and uploading the new one from the Main files downloaded – Plugins

If you still have problems after that, create a temp admin user on you site and give us the details to take a look.

We’re still experiencing the problem. As I explained, still there are few more options when I disable the K-elements plugin.. but still no build query options.

We created temporary admin for you, please keep in mind that we need all the plugins installed.

Please just check these two plugins K-elements and Visual Composer. Because deadline is near. If it can not be fixed, can live without it. Thanks.

Hi, I have updated the Visual composer and the problem comes from another plugin installed by you since it is a JS error in your admin area, something related to a marker. You should try to disable some plugins and see when the errors stops occurring.
