Turn off forum title

Hi, how can I do to turn off the “title” on forum’s pages?
I want a forum like yours, with only the breadcrumb: I’ve tried to turn off “title” but it doesn’t work 🙁
Another question: the color label (“resolved”, ect) is a tag?
