As you can see in the screenshot, I have configured the theme to show the age instead of the birthdate. Unfortunately the label still says Birthday, how can I fix this to show Age. As you can see in the third screenshot, I did specify that it should say age, but it looks like this doesn’t work.
Another question that I have is about the theme making automatic links from the profile data. I would like to tweak this, for example, in the About me section, I would like the name and the sex not to be links, if it’s not possible to specify it per field, it would be ok if all the base/about-me fields are normal text, as long as the fields in the cool stuff section are links, these are quit important for the website.

That “Age” label is used only in the Search form. You just need to rename the profile field since there is not a option for that. The links making from the profile data is done by BuddyPress so you need to find related resources on Buddypress site
