Is it possible to allow people to sign up with their twitter accounts? We do alot of promo on twitter..that easy sign up will help alot.

Hello, yes, you can try https://wordpress.org/plugins/nextend-twitter-connect/ , create a button and add it to the login modal php, let me know if it suits you 🙂
