Two images per post with featured images

If I publish a post, it shows 2 images, the featured one and the one I inserted. I only want in the post the things I insert and not the featured in all.

How can I remove that ?

Try turning off Theme Options > Blog > Display media on post page.

That does not affect anything if I publish any other type of post, right ?

If the images are the same you could also NOT put a featured image and make sure Get Featured image from content is set to true.

The problem comes when I have 7 images and I want an specific one as featured, not the first.

I will leave it like that for now if there are no problems.
