two processes required to show more on banner

Hi, ok so when I close the show more tab on the banner, it closes, then when I try to open it again to see all the info it only opens a little, like the buttons are not being loaded? Please see the images.

So, if they want to see more again they would have to press that button as well as refresh the page.
