unable to click the hovered submenu of the primary menu

Hi,

When I hover my mouse on top of my primary menu (slightly higher though), the submenu pops up as desired. HOWEVER, there’s no way one can click the submenu item because once you move the mouse the submenu disappear!

Please help ASAP. The submenu is critical to getting my audience engaged.
