Hello,
I have encountered a new problem after the latest update. I’m unable to see the pic to crop after uploading the profile picture.
As can be seen in the attachment, after i upload the profile pic, the crop page becomes blank.
Kindly advice

February 12, 2019 at 22:43 #218426LauraModeratorHello, i see the issue. Do you have any lazy load image plugin?
Please try:
1- Deactivate any cache plugin and test again.
2- Deactivate performance and speed modules at theme options.
3- Activate development mode at theme options.Let me know 🙂

Thank you for your support. Deactivating cache plugin or activiating development mode works.
So I had decided to use the cache plugin and activating the development mode.
My question is, what exactly is theme development mode? Will activating it have any impact on live websites?
And one more issue i ses is that, cropping profile pic from mobile browsers isn’t really working. All i can see is just a small dot which makes it hard to crop. Pls see the attachment. Just wondering if the issue is with just mine or for everyone else.
regards

Thanks for your time…. After checking around, the problem was with enabling lazy load in Jetpack settings. Image crop is now working in both desktop as well as mobile browsers.
Thank you.
