Unable to install and activate the purchase code

I have purchase KLEO theme yesterday, and trying to install, I am trying whole night, every time there throwing an error of Purchase code in invalid.

Please help to install all the KLEO theme as being promised. please activate all the premium possibilities.

My purchase code is : c2b52c9c-5c9d-41c0-b313-725e5b2493be

Please install me to install as same as in KLEO theme demo, all the content and the plugin. Please help.

I have cleaned up my database and credential, you an help in fresh installation. Since i already tried very long time but unable to install.
