Unable to install parent theme

I try to install Parent Theme, but without success.  I receive this error:

In appearance / theme, I see that:

Active: Sweetdate Child ver. 3.2.6
Sweetdate ver. 3.2.11

is it correct?

Is it normal that the Active thme is: Sweetdate Child ver. 3.2.6 ?

Hello. The active theme is always the same it doesn’t need updates because it has to be the child theme
