Unable to install rtMedia

Hello,

I am unable to install rtMedia plugin which is a required plugin.

I get following error message:

The plugin does not have a valid header.

Downloading install package from https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/buddypress-media.3.9.1.zip…

Unpacking the package…

Could not copy file. buddypress-media/app/assets/img/ffmpeg-logo-240×184.png

Please help as I very much need the media gallery feature shown in your demos.

Try this: Download the plugin from wordpress, unpack it on your computer and ftp the files to your plugin directory.
