unable to install theme to WordPress

I have bought your theme, however, I was unable to install it. I paid $49! how can i solve this problem? when I installed the theme(Zip file) in wordpress, they just said ” something wrong” in Japanese. if you answered in Japanese that would be very helpful for me.
