Here is the link of my site http://mylotuslove.com/.Curruntly buddypress is deactivated.If i activate buddypress and then try to login to backend http://mylotuslove.com/wp-admin by this url and after putting username and password is shows up only loading and after some time it shows a blank white page.Means i am unable to login to backend if i activate the plugin buddypress.but i a deactivate it them thigs goning to work fine.Also i have a large number of users on this site.
Please have a look in to it and help me asap

Hello, could not login to wordpress admin panel, please try to check out your plugins, it could be a conflict with plugins that didnt come with the theme, try to deactivate some one by one and test again

please try now it is due to buddypress which comes with theme.i recently deactivate it now you can login to the wordpress admin.if we activate it again then again it block the wp-admin.it is the main problem
And why you tell me again that thing could not login to admin i already told you in the starting of that topic that there is problem with buddypress.if we activate it we are unable to get into admin.then why you tell me that stupid things again.why i gave you cpanel details???? These details for you that you can use them when you are unable to get into admin.just go to cpanel and delete the buddypress plugin.
You people extend the support day by day.
Hello, please calm down, we are in charge of a lot of topics, we need to answer them one by one following a queue, if i have a doubt, i prefer to ask first than doing something that you could not like. I wanted the admin access to theckout the other plugins not the actual buddypress. I will do what i can using cpanel.

I tried to login to the cpanel at http://mylotuslove.com/cpanel as usual, i couldnt, can you tell me what is your hosting or how can i login to cpanel?

on of my friend also told me that On activation Buddypress plugin is checking if there is any record in buddypress blog tables
If not – it suppose that blogs were not migrated from WordPress tables to its tables, and starts migration. If you have enough profiles on your site that will stuck the site completely
The funiinest thing is that there are no blog entries for uploaded profiles – but Buddypress starts checking all users in a cycle.please check it also.Hello, i will need the wordpress admin and user to test if my changes are working ( to see if i can access the backend )

Hello, i think i found the issue, the database does not exist, did you migrate the site recently?
The wp-config.php shows the old databae, you have 1 database in your cpanel but its not the same name.

Nothing fixed madam,when i activate the buddypress plugin then unable to get into backend.please pay attention on it—–“when i activate the buddypress plugin then unable to get into backend”—-now buddypress is activated on site.so please check it am not able to get into backend.backend is totally blocked by buddypress.if we deactivate buddypress through cpanel then all things working fine.but buddypress is very necessary for me.please look into it

Buddypress doesnt change nothing in the database to broke it, it seems like something changed it.
The way to disable a plugin by cpanel is going to ftp files and renaming the plugin folder inside wp-content/plugins
To resolve this issue i need to know what did you do to disable the plugin, exactly, so i can fix it and then check out why buddypress doesnt let you go to backendHi there!!! After you told me that issue is resolve.then i activate the buddypress but as i activate it agian am unablet to get into backend.also i was unable to deactivate it.them i go to cpanel and delete the buddypress plguin.so please when you fix the issue please check it by activating buddypress.
Hello, we already tried to resolve your issue but it seems to be something related to your hosting, not actually a theme issue, i suggest to contact your hosting provider about this, and would also recommend to be very careful about the settings of the server or hosting, we can help you in anything related to the theme, but this is clearly a hosting or a bad configuration issue.
