Unable to Select Membership

When I login as a test user and attempt to upgrade my account I get a 404 error.

The browser is trying to load: http://mydomain.net/membership-account/membership-checkout/?level=5

This all looks good. I have verified the permissions required to access membership-checkout page as well as verified that the level ID is correct. It is doing this on both levels 5 and 6 (the only levels I have).

Figured it out. It was a conflict with BadgeOS plugin. Apparently there is a issue with one of the badeges. Once I removed all badges it worked with BadgeOS still activated. Conflict somewhere, probably with registration badge or something.
