Aloha, Seventh Queen team,
I tried updating our Kleo theme within the WordPress Dashboard, but whenever I try to update it, it gives me this error: “An error occurred while updating Kleo: Update package not available.”
We have one more month of support left on our license, and we are unable to update the theme on staging or our live site. We need to be able to update this as soon as possible.
We appreciate your help and support on this issue. Please let me know if you need admin credentials, I would be happy to give them to you.
