Unable to update wall by one of the user

One of my user (user Link: http://www.eqsis.com/pro/stock-traders/bksai1993/  ) unable to post on his wall. Getting error notification msg but the “MSG” is displayed under his profile but the View link takes us to the 404 page.

I have one more problem, Under Forum, Replies – It is displaying site wide replies instead of User created replies..

Do you receive any error ? If not please enable wp_debug function / https://codex.wordpress.org/WP_DEBUG#Usage enable also the wp_debug_log to store all errors
https://codex.wordpress.org/WP_DEBUG#WP_DEBUG_LOG

Please enable these functions and repeat your action then see on screen if any error is shown if not please check the debug.log file from wp-content/ directory.

Hi,

I see that, i’ve tested several things but unsuccessfully, try to deactivate all plugins except buddypress and rtmedia, to see the problem persists, if the problem disappears please enable plugins one by one and reproduce action to see what plugin causes this.
