I just installed the theme but get an error when I try to upload any new images. The images are uploading because I can see them in the uploads directory. But the error prevents me from placing the image.
I’m also getting an ajax error when trying to make any changes to the Revolution slider.I’ve switched back to my old theme for now because this site is live. I thought I could make the changes over the course of a few hours but I can’t if I can’t upload!
Any help would be appreciated.
June 3, 2015 at 18:22 #60910RaduModeratorHello,
What error/s you encounter when you try to upload an image/s ?
NOTE : It’s possible that one or more of you active plugins from the old theme, to be in conflict with the kleo and/or with more of them.
I suggest you to install the theme on a development environment, with all plugins disabled etc…
Cheers

I see the file upload and then I get this error in a pink box with a red Error button. “An error occurred in the upload. Please try again later.” I’ve been deactivating one plugin after another to see if one of them is responsible but no luck so far.

What is the imagemagick extension? Does it need to be installed or does it need to be removed if it is installed? This is a Windows 2008 server.
June 5, 2015 at 16:58 #61148RaduModeratorIf the extension in uninstalled try to install and see after if works.
If that is unsuccessfully, try to put this commands into php.ini in root folder installation.
COPY CODEmax_execution_time = 90 max_input_time = 90 max_input_vars = 3000 memory_limit = 256M
