Unable to upload image with Android

I try to upload photos or image (to change the avatar pix) using my android (4.04) smartphone. after i select the photo from the gallery, the file name never shows up and thus unable to upload. It is the same when i try to upload to bp gallery.

Please help ….

I dunno why … It started working ….

But is there a way to upload using iOS device?
