Unfolding sidebar menu

I have added a menu to the sidebar menu. In a browser on my laptop the menu shows + signs that allow me to upen the menu like an accordeon to show underlying menu items. On my iphone and ipad the menu shows “v” signs and it is impossible to open to show underlying items. When you click that V, the page of that menu item is opened. I include a screenshot of the menu on my iphone.

It seems to a know issue in older version.

Just update theme at latest version, it shout work !

I always perform automatic updates. I am using KLEO version 2.4.1 now. Are there any other causes?
