I received this in an email and wanted to see if I should download it and if so do I download all the files or just the wordpress files. After dowbloaded do I upload it in WordPress? I didn’t want to ruin anything I currently have in Word Press so want to make sure.

Hello, if you setup the automatic updates, just update it directly from wordpress admin panel
