Update – Buddypress profile matching

Please note can you provide an update for my ticket. The original ticket number was 160405 and I can not get the profile matching to happen.  My client is getting a little testy…so that the reason for the update request.  My site is

Hey Laura,

Please note the issue has not been resolved. My test members can not update their
profile … Buddypress profile is not working. Can you review my previous post? I
gave you assess to my site, and you was not able to correct the problem.

Note I have to speak to my client on Tuesday…not looking forward to that conversation
unless we can get this profile matching working.

Hello, logged in and updated my own profile with success… Please check to update a profile you need to go to PROFILE > EDIT and fill the info then click save. Please check my profile ( the one you sent me ) and you will see it works

in need of some help. I did check out your profile. My questions to you (hopefully it
is a simple one) is…

I have five BP Profile Groups (Myself, Base, Looking for, Lifestyle, and Physical). How
come they did not show up? And can you point me in the direction to get them to show up?
