Update Issue

Hi

I did the update earlier on but it just made most the site white, like the attached image.

I used FTP. Deleted the old theme folder and then uploaded the new version (same name). I have had to revert back to a previous version for now as I need the site working.

What have I done wrong?

Hi,

I see your website running now,

If you wan to made an manual update just login to FTP go to wp-content/themes/kleo/

Then open the package that you have downloaded from themeforest in this path Main Files 3.0.10\Main Files\Wordpress

here unzip the kleo.zip -> unzip the archive in same location then the path will be
\Main Files 3.0.10\Main Files\Wordpress\kleo hwew you should have all theme files listed, just select all files and folders then upload via ftp in this path wp-content/themes/kleo/ and overwrite all files.
