i have problem about updating visual composer plugin and go price, after i did uninstall worpress and reinstall again, now i can’t updating that both plugins , can u help me how to resolve my problem , thank you

I try to update from theme plugins required but it guide me to update through envato and it said
No licenses foundIt seems that you do not have any valid license for Visual Composer. What does it mean? It may be so that you got Visual Composer by purchasing WordPress theme which does not grant you with direct license for Visual Composer. Why do I need direct license? Direct product license unlocks several benefits:
Access official customer support
(otherwise managed by your theme author)
Update Visual Composer directly
Use Visual Composer with any theme
(not just the one you got it with)
Manage your licenses at Client PortalIf you have just purchased your direct Visual Composer license please hold on a bit – it seems Envato API haven’t provided record on your purchase yet. Please try again in a while. Make sure you have verified your Envato account via confirmation e-mail sent by Envato. Without activated account Envato is not able to process your licensing information. After activation of account please re-login into our Support Portal.
