Hello,
We currently have the 4.1.4 version of Kleo installed and we can’t update it right now to the latest version. We had the following message :
An error occurred while updating Kleo: Download failed. Problem downloading theme
Could you help us with this ?
Also, we have some issues about the colors background. When we changing them on Appearances> Customize > Styling Options > Header > Background color, the change will appear but when we save the changes, it does not change. Please help with this.
Please let me know if I need to purchase support to have these questions answered. I have purchased a number of themes from you and not installed all.
