Updates not being saved

Hi

I’ve been having some major bug issues with Kleo and Visual composer, especially when I try to make updates. Sometimes a text edit will not save at all, sometimes some of the text gets jumbled and mixed up with missing content, sometimes the effects show up in preview mode but not the back end. It’s absolutely driving me crazy. I’ve been in touch with the hosting server and they cannot see any issues on their end. Can you please help me figure this out?
